CM20 Multiple-Station Refrigerant Subpackage System is for the application that Transfer refrigerant from ISO TANK or 1000-400L tank to 12L-60L tank. It integrates functions of vacuum, recharge and pumpback. Three stations can work continuously with high accuracy.
Application:
*For Transferring refrigerant from ISO TANK or 400~1000L tank to 12L~60L tank.
*It integrates functions of vacuum, recharge and pump-back. With high speed and accuracy.
Functions:
1. Vacuum separately: vacuum the gas from the recovery tank
2. Pump out/ Recharge: pump out the store tank and recharge into a certain amount of refrigerant.
3. Recharge: recharge a certain amount of refrigerant into the store tank with refrigerant already.
Features:
1. Adopt refrigerant split charging special use oil-less booster pump, suit for R134a/R22/R410A,etc.
2. Integrate multi-functions: recharge, pump out & recharge, and vacuum.
3. High accuracy to 0.5%, and resolution be 10g.
4. Without refrigerant loss in flexible shaft in split charging process.
5. High vacuum speed, standard device with 4L/s vacuum pump.
6. Overall defence function.
7. High split charging speed to 3kg/min.
